Who we are

Big Banana TCG is a storefront for Japanese trading-card printings. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you browse, create an account, or pay for an order.

What we collect

We collect your email, password (stored hashed), shipping name, phone, and address when you check out or save a profile. We also keep order contents, amounts in USD, and technical logs needed to run the site.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers and CVC codes never reach our servers. We store Stripe checkout session and payment identifiers so we can confirm paid orders. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to data it processes as a payment provider.

How we use data

We use this information to create your account, reserve stock, ship orders, prevent fraud, show prices, and improve the shop. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

We share data with Stripe to take payment, and with shipping or infrastructure providers only as needed to deliver an order or host the site. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention and rights

We keep account and order records as long as needed for the purchase, accounting, and dispute handling. You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal data that we are not required to keep. Contact us from the email used on your order, or from Orders after you sign in.

Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you signed in, remember language, and hold your cart. Stripe.js may set cookies required to complete payment.
